Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, accessories, and manuals to ensure a smooth inspection process and avoid restocking fees.

Ship to Service Center

Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the item using a tracked courier service to our designated regional service center.

Inspection and Refund
